Payment terms for our services:

• All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, and Easypaisa
• Ad spend is separate and must be paid directly to the advertising platform
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to your social media accounts
• Review and approve content in a timely manner
• Pay invoices on time
• Not engage in any illegal or unethical activities

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by The Logicends for your brand becomes your property upon full payment. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share business details, strategies, or analytics with third parties without your consent.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as social media performance depends on various factors including market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithm changes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, all account access will be returned to you, and any outstanding payments will become due immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Logicends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.
